The candidates will apply on form available at the end of the prospectus. Candidates should choose among department and write 1.2.3.4.5 on priority base in which He/She wants to take admission in. Admissions will be opened to all the candidates From all provinces including AJK. The Foreign Candidates must complete all the legal formalities laid down by Ministry of Interior Affairs, Government of Pakistan, HERA and HEC.
The Candidates must have passed F.Sc (Pre-medical). For admission in all programs of BS, the candidates must have secured 50% in F.Sc.

AGE: The Upper age limit for fresh candidate is 35 years while in-service candidate is 45 years.
If at any stage during the course of studied, the submitted documents found fake or forged, a legal action will be taken against the culprit in addition to the cancellation of his/her admission.

Admissions Procedures and Decisions When your application is submitted and all required materials are received and processed, your application will be marked complete and sent to the appropriate admissions review committee. The time it takes for a decision to be made on your application depends on your department and program. Once a decision has been reached, you will be notified by the department.
Note: Decision of the committee regarding admission selection will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law.
